Yes. Once a rider is assigned, you'll see their live location on a map. You can also call or message them directly through the app.

We accept bank cards, M-Pesa, PayPal, your in-app Dashdrop wallet, and cash on delivery in select areas.

Contact our 24/7 support team through the app. We investigate within 2 hours, and if the issue is on our side, we issue a full refund or redeliver at no cost.

Yes. Every rider goes through an identity verification, background check, and a brief orientation before their first delivery. Ratings from customers are monitored continuously.
